Mailday #1 1971-72 Topps and 1969 Topps Rulers Complete Sets

My first love of the hobby was vintage basketball. Even today, I look at some of the new stuff, and it's easier for me to let go of a big piece from my collection that's new as opposed to something from the 60s or 70s.

GatorBoyMike has an awesome vintage thread on Blowoutcards. I was looking at it a couple weeks ago and it reminded me how much I love this stuff. He had some awesome pictures of a couple sets that perked my interest. Coincidentally, I had the opportunity to pick up a couple of these sets last week. The 1971-72 Topps set and the 1969 Rulers set. Thanks to Mike for showing off these awesome sets of yesteryear. Very very cool.

I am very happy about the quality of the sets. Huge thanks to the seller GU184 for his awesome service. Especially the 1971-72 set. Definitely some gradable stuff.
